Q&A About SQUEEZE Health and Fitness Programs Q: What types of services do you offer? A: We currently offer complete fitness and nutrition programs. Each program includes our complete fitness evaluation and our unique Standard Process Dietary Support Program. You have many different personal training programs to choose from that fit your needs: • Private Training – Our most popular fitness option - no crowd’s, no waiting for equipment, it’s all about you! You’ll meet one-on-one with a Squeeze fitness specialist that will give you the personal attention, motivation and accountability one often needs to achieve fitness success.
• Group Training – Personal training sessions offered in group format (2+ people per session) at our studios. These fun, fast-paced, energetic sessions are designed to give you the benefit of personal training in a motivating group format at a lower cost per session.
• In-Home Training – the ultimate accountability and convenience. We bring everything you need to your home for a killer private workout.
• Fitness Classes – for clients looking for a fun, energetic team environment. These programs are held in or outside our studio – it includes everything from Bootcamps to Cross Fit for kids. The program runs in 8 week intervals. See our website for a full list of classes and times offered.
Q: What types of clients do you work with? A: We typically work with clients that want to reduce body-fat, lose weight, increase their strength, and develop a lean and toned physique. Our clients range from high school athletes focused on sports performance to middle aged men and women that want to look and feel their best, get fit, and improve their health. They’re typically “sick and tired” of being “sick and tired” and have finally decided it’s time to focus on making time for fitness (and their own health and well-being). Q: How is working with you different from working out on my own at my health club or with a health club trainer or even one of those fitness franchises? A: What makes our programs unique is the private, client-focused atmosphere we provide. When was the last time your health club called you to ask where you were or how you were doing? At Squeeze Studio Fitness, you get the personal attention; accountability and motivation that one often needs to achieve their fitness goals. No crowds, no waiting for equipment, it’s all about you! Q: What’s included in your personal training programs? A: All our programs include an initial testing and evaluation, complete nutrition and dietary support, consultation and coaching, personalized meal plans, grocery list, healthy recipe booklet, “functional” strength training and metabolic cardio conditioning, program design, a review of flexibility and regeneration, and personal coaching to make sure you achieve your goals. Q: Do you cover nutrition in your programs? Is nutrition an important part to achieve my goals? A: Absolutely! We cover a lot of information on nutrition in our programs, because eating to fuel the body (and your metabolism) is the greatest “secret” to achieving serious results from your fitness program. In fact, several of our clients with tremendous “before and after photos” had already been working out consistently for years with little to no results before they hired us. By simply ensuring that their bodies were getting the right nutrients, in the right amounts, at the right time - serious results came fast. If you’ve been slaving away at diets and fitness program and have not seen dramatic results from your efforts - we can help by focusing on the nutritional component in working with you. Q: How long do your fitness programs last? A: Each program is designed around the unique needs and goals of each client. Typically our programs last 12 weeks and we determine the appropriate number of sessions given your goals, level of commitment, and budget. We’ll determine together what’s best for you during your initial consultation. It should be noted that while many personal trainers attempt to sell you large “packages” of personal training sessions, we’ve found that some of our most successful clients have achieved amazing results just by having us design their programs and then meeting with us as infrequently as every 2 weeks to check up and update their plan. We also have many clients who claim to be addicted to their tri-weekly workouts and have seen tremendous results. In the end, each client receives our professional recommendation as to which plan is appropriate given their unique situation. Q: Where do you provide services? A: We currently work with clients at our private studio in South Milwaukee. We also work with clients at their home, condo fitness center or outdoors. We also work with clients that live further away through online coaching programs. Q: Do I need to have home equipment if I am going to be working with a trainer in my home? A: If you have exercise equipment, great. If you don’t - no problem, we’ll bring all the equipment you need for an amazing workout. A high percentage of our in-home clients have little or no equipment at all and get amazing results. If you’re interested in setting up a home gym, we’ll help design it, while saving you money by securing special pricing through the relationships we have with the leading manufactures in the industry. Q: Do you work with couples or friends that want to work out together? A: Yes. Group Training is very popular at Squeeze. We have several husband and wives or groups of friends that we’ve worked with and have seen great results. We also offer family plans for those that want to have us work with numerous family members, while improving fitness and nutrition in the home and instill the values of a healthy life with their family. Many clients have achieved tremendous results by working out together through our group training or fitness boot camps, noticing that this can be extremely powerful as a strong team supports each other’s success and creates an environment of motivation and healthy competition. Q: Your programs seem great! How much does it cost to work with you? A: Currently we offer several different programs. The investment for our programs ranges from $99 - $800 per month depending upon the program you choose and what we feel is the best way to help you achieve your goals.
